Cabourg in the Belle Époque

A look back at Cabourg’s Belle Époque days. On 2 and 3 May 2025, Cabourg went back in time to the 1900s! Two festive days to discover period games, old-fashioned clothes, street chamber photography, dances of yesteryear… The event took place in several emblematic locations in the seaside resort, including the Villa du Temps retrouvé.

Students from the Collège Saint-Louis in Cabourg gave a brilliant performance of a dramatised tour inspired by the novels of Agatha Christie and the works in the museum. A colourful costume parade took place in the intimate back garden. Well done to all the participants, and congratulations to the competition winners! And in the front garden, families were able to enjoy the games of yesteryear.
