From 17/09/2022 to 20/11/2022
The Nadar Photography Studio, created in 1853 by Félix Tournachon, is known for its celebrity portraits. When Paul Tournachon, known as Nadar, took over the family photographic studio, he opened it to the world of entertainment.
With a reproduction of 10 photographs kept at the Médiathèque de l’architecture et du patrimoine, this exhibition reveals Paul Nadar’s passion for theatre, as well as the special place he gave to actors and his sense of staging.
This exhibition is made possible by the photography collection of the Médiathèque du Patrimoine et de la Photographie.
