Meeting with the author Michel Damblant

Literature lovers will have the privilege of attending a meeting with the author Michel Damblant. On April 27th, the event will offer participants a fascinating dive into Marcel Proust’s universe through his travels, presented by the author himself.

Marcel Proust, often associated with the image of a writer secluded in his room, actually traveled extensively throughout various regions of France, including Normandy and about twenty other destinations. Michel Damblant, an erudite specialist in Proust’s work, will unveil during his slideshow conference the journeys of the writer and the deep connections between his travels and his literary work.

Far from the static image of the confined novelist, Marcel Proust’s travels provided him with inspiration and raw material for his writings.
